This full time position will develop and be responsible to execute marketing and advertising campaigns for MCC Thrift Shops in Ontario and MCC programs, HR and donor relations (80% thrift and 20% program/donor relations/HR) using both digital and traditional marketing.

Much of the program portion of this position will be establishing connections with Thrift Shop customers with MCC’s work.

The Marketing Strategist is accountable to the MCCO Communications and Events Senior Manager and requires a high level of collaboration with the Thrift team, General Managers at each of the thrift shops, and the MCCO Communications team.

This role could be hybrid, with the expectation of working in office a minimum of 2 days a week.

Consideration could be given to an alternative work location within southern Ontario.
